The Marzetti Company is seeking a Manager of Consumer Insights to lead strategy and learning agendas that shape brand, innovation, and commercial decisions. You will partner with Marketing, Innovation, Commercial, R&D, Analytics, and other leaders to translate consumer and market understanding into actionable direction that drives growth.

As a trusted insights leader, you will combine strategic thinking, research expertise, and business judgment to embed consumer understanding in key decisions

Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years in consumer insights or market research.
• Hands-on expertise in primary research: design, questionnaire development, analysis.
• Fluency with syndicated data, analytics, and research tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Food and/or retail CPG experience preferred.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

• Translate business questions into clear research approaches.
• Manage insights across innovation, commercialization, and learning loops.
• Serve as thought partner to Marketing, Innovation, Commercial, R&D and Analytics.
• Execute primary research from study design to interpretation.
• Leverage DIY and agile research platforms to accelerate learning.
• Build holistic stories synthesizing research, data, and analytics into actionable insights.
• Contribute to transformation and self-service adoption across the org.
• Communicate insights to senior leaders to drive alignment and action.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt learning plans as business needs evolve.
• Teach and strengthen insight capabilities across the organization.
