• 7+ years of experience in compensation management, analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
• Lead annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
• Develop market analyses to benchmark pay practices for competitiveness.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
