Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst to support its compensation programs across the business. Based in Houston, Lenexa, or Omaha, this on-site role reports to the Director of Compensation and partners with BU leaders and HR Business Partners.

You will lead salary surveys, market pricing, job architecture maintenance, incentive design, and policy development while applying rigorous analytics and strong communication skills to drive competitive pay structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in compensation administration and practices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR managers across units.
• Develop, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation programs.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive compensation support to business and shared service units.
• Manage and maintain the company's job architecture.
• Conduct and participate in salary surveys and analyses.
• Research and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles.
• Lead compensation review cycles and process improvements.
• Assist in designing incentive and differential pay programs.
• Support development of compensation policies and procedures.
• Perform impact analysis and costing of changes.
