Job summary

You will drive incentive plan administration, benchmark analyses, and governance across the organization, coordinating with Finance and Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and influencing skills.
• Expertise in compensation management, governance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead external market research and analyses for Total Rewards to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage annual and short-term incentive plans across business units.
• Oversee bonus calculations, payout governance, and plan communications.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and leadership to ensure accurate incentive funding.
