Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Manager of Compensation Programs & Incentive Administration to design and manage enterprise compensation programs. You will lead market pricing, incentive governance, and annual merit planning while partnering with executives and HR leaders across the organization.

This role requires strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and regulatory acumen. The position is office-based five days per week in Irving with relocation support and no visa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills highly desirable.
• Experience with Workday and compensation modules preferred.
• Prior experience in incentive compensation administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage enterprise compensation programs.
• Lead annual merit planning and incentive governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and executives to ensure accurate funding and administration.
• Benchmark and price compensation using market data and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and mitigate compensation risk.
