Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Manager, Compensation Programs & Incentive Administration to lead enterprise compensation programs, market pricing, and incentive governance, partnering with executives and HR leaders.

You will manage annual merit and short-term incentive plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven Total Rewards initiatives across business units. The role requires five days in office and relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Ability to influence decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for salary administration and market pricing.
• Lead complex Total Rewards projects with internal partners and consultants.
• Oversee delivery of Total Rewards programs and services.
• Administer annual and short-term incentive plans across units.
• Lead bonus calculations, payouts, and plan communications.
• Partner with Finance, HR and leadership to ensure accurate incentive funding.
