Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 6+ years of total rewards experience with at least 3 years in Compensation; preferably with biopharma industry experience; proficiency in analytics, Microsoft Office, and systems like ADP, Etrade, Pave.
Preferred: experience managing global compensation programs and in-depth industry knowledge.
