Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in total rewards; 3+ years in Compensation.
• Proficiency in analytics, MS Office, and pay systems (ADP, E*TRADE, Pave).

Responsibilities

• Oversee global market benchmarking and salary structures.
• Partner with HR and TA on job evaluations and framework updates.
• Manage annual compensation cycles: merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and equity grants.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
