WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:

1. Develop and execute an exciting community strategy designed to drive brand reputation
2. Build, monitor, and grow the online community (Discord, Twitter, Telegram)
3. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
4. Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
5. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
6. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
7. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and BizDev teams to ensure brand consistency
8. Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
9. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists/bloggers
10. Stay up to date with digital technology trends

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

1. 3+ years in community roles experience
2. Experience in crypto services and/or tech companies, giving you the ability to get people excited about and simplify complex narratives
3. Strong team player, that is autonomous and has a bias to action
