  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, make suggestions, and implement solutions that reduce complexity and drive results
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content management or workflow automation and must be confident in leading AI tool adoption and ongoing optimization
  • Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Google Docs, and Slack
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior experience supporting digital content businesses—newsletters, podcasts, and social media
  • A behind-the-scenes operator who enjoys driving smooth, efficient operations
  • Experience with email and newsletter platforms is a plus (e.g., Beehiiv, Saleshandy, EmailBounce)
  • Familiarity with podcast editing or clipping tools is an added advantage. (e.g., Descript, Opus Clip)
