The Role

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building a trusted, lively, and inspiring global discussion space. You’ll engage users, moderate interactions, launch creative initiatives, and scale the forum to over 1.5 million users — all while working in synergy with our content, search, and app experience.

Your Mission

• Develop and implement a bold growth strategy to reach 25,000+ new forum registrations each month.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and diverse online environment reflecting the values of global cultural exchange.
• Launch interactive content and campaigns — AMAs, user spotlights, themed discussions, etc.
• Oversee moderation and enforce community standards with fairness and consistency.
• Build and lead a team of multilingual moderators and regional community leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and product teams to align community initiatives with platform content and events.
• Analyze forum activity and user feedback to optimize engagement and experience.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing vibrant online communities or forums (at scale).
• Deep passion for arts, culture, travel, and digital conversation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt.
• Familiarity with modern community management tools, analytics platforms, and digital trends.
• Ability to connect with a global audience and foster inclusive dialogue.
