Job summary

Winky Lux is seeking a Sr. Manager Community + Affiliate to lead our hybrid New York network of creators, customers, and partners. You’ll own community strategy, grow the affiliate program, and scale partnerships with influencers to drive awareness and revenue.

This role blends hands-on social engagement, brand voice, and program management with collaboration across marketing, finance, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social/community management.
• 1–2 years managing an affiliate or influencer program.
• Experience managing external agency relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the community strategy across social, influencer, and affiliate efforts.
• Build relationships with creators and partners to deepen loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement with agency support.
• Develop university/campus ambassador programs.
• Identify and manage paid influencer partners and gifting programs.
• Own affiliate channel and track performance metrics monthly.
