The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, is comfortable with GRIN and AWIN, and possesses strong networking skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years in affiliate, creator, or community marketing with results in beauty, fragrance, or luxury.
• Organized and reliable with accurate trackers and links.
• Comfortable networking; existing partner network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead affiliate and creator programs to grow community.
• Manage partner lifecycle including negotiations and tracking.
