• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or management consulting with a strong technology component.
• Strong process design skills - ability to map and operationalize commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the Commercial Systems roadmap and CRM roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Lead requirements, design, and UAT for Salesforce workstreams.
• Own release management and platform documentation.
• Develop AI roadmap for the Commercial function and lead pilots.
