McCrometer, a Veralto company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Service to lead DDS and the commercial service function. You will own contract revenue, renewals, and delivery performance while shaping scalable processes for service growth in a cross-functional setting with Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Strategy, this role is hybrid in Loveland, CO, with responsibilities across inventory visibility, demand planning, and fleet management to improve uptime

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in service, commercial operations, product management, finance, or technical business leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contract lifecycles, renewals, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance.

Aufgaben

• Own DDS and commercial service bookings, revenue, and renewal forecasting with finance and sales alignment.
• Drive full contract lifecycle execution including renewals, recapture, and cancellations with proactive customer communication.
• Support Sales in RFP/RFI responses focused on margin and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead DDS customer success with monthly and quarterly business reviews to reinforce retention and uptime.
• Establish and manage KPIs across uptime, reporting, service responsiveness, and renewal health.
• Manage Field Service Partner performance against operating expectations and cost controls.
