Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Illinois is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Planning to lead national KPI programs and incentive design. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and IT to drive best-in-class execution and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Commercial Strategy and/or Sales, alcohol beverage industry preferred.
• Deep understanding of local market planning and strategy modeling (including financial).
• Advanced analytics – able to clean, process, and integrate large/disparate data sets.
• Travel 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional KPI planning and incentive design with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and IT.
• Develop portfolio-wide planning and perspective for US commercial business.
• Design and manage KPI programs to drive financial growth and best-in-class execution.
• Create KPI goaling methodology and support bi-annual planning processes.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to socialize the Commercial Plan and KPI guidelines.
