Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits (Beam Suntory) seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Planning to drive national KPI execution and incentives. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and IT to design and manage planning processes, while shaping portfolio-wide strategies for the US market.

You will lead KPI development, socialization of the Commercial Plan, and cross-functional training to enable data-driven growth and improved financial performance.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years' experience in Commercial Strategy and/or Sales. Alcohol beverage industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Planning Experience: Deep understanding of local market planning and strategy modeling (including financial)
• Advanced analytics - ability to clean, process, and integrate large and disparate data sets
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Anaplan and/or GoSpotCheck experience a plus, but not required
• Travel 5%

Responsibilities

• The position will report to the Director, Commercial Planning with significant cross-functional interaction with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and IT organizations. The role will be the day-to-day lead focused on driving best-in-class sales execution via design, implementation, and management of Suntory Global Spirit's national KPIs and incentives.
• Develop portfolio-wide planning and perspective on managing our US commercial business
• Design, implement, and manage strategic changes to the KPI program to help drive best-in-class execution, ultimately supporting achievement of financial growth targets
• KPI program focuses on attainment of Distribution & Execution targets
• Managethe creation of the sales KPI goaling methodology and implementation as part of the bi-annual planning process
• Buildout enhanced KPIs reflective of strategic changes and ambitions (i.e. Channel Strategy)
