Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Chicago is seeking a results-oriented FP&A professional to join the US Commercial Finance team. You will partner with NA Leadership to deliver planning, forecasting, and strategic insights that drive growth for the US business.

You will develop reporting, analyze risk, manage budgets with tools like Anaplan, EDW, Power BI, and SAP, and help leadership make informed decisions with timely, actionable analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Anaplan cloud base planning software, SAP financial applications and systems preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rigorous analytical support to Leadership.
• Support annual planning, monthly forecast cycles, and strategic commercial decision-making.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget & forecasting process within Anaplan with meaningful insights.
• Become a knowledge expert of the tools and reporting suites to influence budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate, develop, maintain, and distribute monthly standard reporting for internal/external purposes.
• Partner cross-functionally to balance supply, demand, and commercial objectives.
• Deliver executive-level insights on forecast risk, inventory health, and performance.
• Drive continual improvement of reporting and processes for timely analysis.
• Handle ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.
