Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data-cleaning ability.
• Analytically focused with experience processing large datasets.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the KPI program to drive best-in-class execution and support financial targets.
• Communicate KPI guidelines to national sales org and leaders.
• Analyze commercial program execution and impact to improve performance.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy KPI planning models and dashboards (Anaplan).
• Lead trainings for cross-functional teams on KPI strategy and reporting tools.
• Partner with Commercial Strategy to implement initiatives with Senior Leadership.
