Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (Mitsubishi Power) is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Operations - North America to lead the Commercial Operations team, drive proposal support for Power Generation Services and LTSA opportunities, and strengthen governance, pricing discipline, and cross‑functional execution.

The role collaborates with Sales, LTSA, Product Line Operations, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and customers; requires leadership, analytics, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial operations or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading commercial proposal development and pricing coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Operations team performance, prioritization, workload balancing, and proposal execution.
• Coach and mentor team members; set performance expectations.
• Oversee transactional and LTSA-related opportunities from intake through proposal delivery.
• Provide direct proposal support for complex, high-priority opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional proposal efforts from kickoff through submission, coordinating strategy, timelines, actions, risks, pricing, and decisions.
• Develop pricing recommendations, maintain pricing guardrails, and coordinate approval meetings.
• Maintain commercial processes, templates, and governance practices.
• Analyze proposal, sales, margin, and cycle data to identify risks and improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and usefulness of commercial data, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify roles and execution commitments.
