Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Manager, Datacenter & Cloud Applications to lead a hybrid team across on-premise datacenter operations and AWS-native cloud engineering. You will guide reliability, security, and scalability for both traditional infrastructure and cloud-native services.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in cloud/infra, 6+ years in leadership, and experience with SOC 2 II and ISO 27001. This role offers a path to shape the future of our infrastructure strategy within a growing SaaS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or a related field.
12+ years of professional experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering and operations.
6+ years of people leadership experience, including leading teams through significant technical direction changes.
Experience with AWS PaaS services and security/compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day datacenter operations ensuring stability, reliability, and performance across physical environments.
Oversee hardware, network, compute, and supporting infrastructure operations.
Partner with Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Architecture teams to maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure.
Drive the cloud transformation toward AWS-native platform engineering and services.
Establish observability, incident management, and automation to improve reliability.
