NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Manager, Datacenter & Cloud Applications to lead a team across on-premise and AWS-native infrastructure. You’ll guide datacenter operations and shape the cloud transition while partnering with product engineering to align roadmaps and priorities.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, security, and scalability, with a focus on observability, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration within a SaaS-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of cloud/infrastructure engineering and operations.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with AWS and hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead datacenter operations and ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee hardware, network, compute, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Ensure security/compliance incl. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Lead cloud transformation toward AWS-native platform engineering.
