Job summary

MedImpact seeks an IT Manager, Data Center Operations & Network Engineering to lead on-premises data centers, colocation facilities, and enterprise network services. You will guide disaster recovery readiness, capacity planning, and vendor oversight while aligning infrastructure with security and business goals.

This role partners with security, cloud, and application teams to drive modernization and resilience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5+ years in IT leadership
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with data centers, networks, and incident management

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term operations of on-premises data centers and colocation facilities.
• Oversee enterprise LAN/WAN, data center networking, and cloud connectivity architectures.
• Ensure 24x7 availability, incident response, and service reliability for critical network and data center services.
• Manage security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with policies and audits.
• Develop capacity plans, modernization roadmaps, and disaster recovery/testing programs.
