Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead PM teams, manage cross-functional programs, and drive delivery across Phase I–IV trials. This role can be remote or in office, with emphasis on quality, client communication, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management, ensuring timely, compliant biometrics, data, and submissions across programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in clinical research and development within pharma/biotech/CRO settings.
• Line management experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop others within a functional area.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes including operations, statistics, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical writing.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and assess Project Managers; oversee performance.
• Review new PM applicants and recommend hires for interviews.
• Develop and update governing documents for PM and QA.
• Plan and implement new client service delivery within client portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage timelines and budgets; ensure regulatory deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and present to stakeholders.
