Job summary

Everest Clinical Research Corporation in Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA, seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead our clinical operations team on-site or remotely from a home-based office across the USA or Canada.

You will collaborate with the Associate/Director to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, build strong client partnerships, and drive operational excellence while supporting Everest’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health studies or research fields.
• Minimum of 9 years of clinical research industry experience.
• CRA and Clinical Lead (COL, CTM, PM) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and contribute to the Everest management team activities.
• Provide resourcing, oversight, study assignment, training, and metrics reviews for CRA(s).
• Provide Clinical Operations oversight on selected projects, as needed.
• Contribute to the development of client signed Work Orders and Change Orders, as needed.
• Plan and carry out professional development.
• Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external quality assurance audits.
• Plan, hire, train, and mentor Clinical Operations personnel.
• Perform staff performance management and career developmental planning.
