Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead and manage clinical operations teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with SOPs and governance documents.

Based in Bridgewater, NJ, the position may be on-site or remote from a home-based office in the USA or Canada under the Work from Home policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of clinical research industry experience.
• CRA and Clinical Lead (COL, CTM, PM) experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Clinical Lead roles.
• Proven leadership and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Clinical Operations personnel and plan staff development.
• Provide oversight on select projects and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Support audits, proposals, and bid defenses; contribute to process improvements.
