CVS Health is seeking an Enterprise Clinical EHR Policy Development & Maintenance leader to own policy governance across care settings, including Epic workflows and AI capabilities.

You will translate clinical and regulatory needs into actionable policies, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor policy adherence while guiding change management and adoption of enterprise technology. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating with clinical, operational, privacy, and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to ensure content is accurate and adherent.
• Partner with Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and enterprise policy alignment.
• Assess impact of workflow changes on policies and recommend updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure consistent policy implementation across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Monitor and evaluate implemented workflow changes for continued policy adherence.
• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related platforms.
• Define evaluation framework addressing patient safety, quality, adoption, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Engage with leadership through executive-level updates on status and risk.
