CVS Health seeks a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development, workflow standardization, and end-to-end policy governance within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will bridge clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise leadership to deliver policy clarity and patient safety.

In this role, you will assess AI capabilities such as ambient documentation tools, collaborate with Epic analysts, privacy and security teams, and drive policy adoption across care settings while

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in clinical informatics or related healthcare technology experience.
• Clinician background preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Standardize workflows with alignment to policies and safety requirements.
• Lead AI/Epic technology assessments including ambient documentation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings and governance bodies.
• Provide executive-level updates on status and risks.
• Support change management to embed policies in Epic workflows.
