CVS Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Clinical EHR Policy Developer to own policy creation, governance, and implementation across care settings. You will translate regulatory needs into actionable EHR policies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure patient safety and operational alignment.

The role focuses on workflow standardization with Epic, AI capability assessment, and ongoing policy monitoring to sustain value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR‑enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to ensure content is accurate and adherent.
• Partner with Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and enterprise policy alignment.
• Assess impact of proposed workflow changes and recommend updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment to reflect approved workflows across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign and adoption activities.
• Monitor and evaluate policy adherence post-implementation.
