Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and AI/Epic technology assessment. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and Epic teams to standardize workflows and ensure policy alignment.

In this role, you’ll bridge clinical practice with enterprise governance, oversee risk and compliance, and guide AI-enabled tools evaluation, including ambient documentation platforms, to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide policy development for clinical workflows and EHR governance.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, privacy, compliance, and Epic stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and adherence across settings.
• Assess and align workflow changes with approved policies, patient safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Monitor implemented policies for ongoing compliance and improvement.
