Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy, workflow standardization, and AI/Epic technology assessments across care settings. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, privacy, and vendor partners, translating requirements into policy and measurable outcomes.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration, executive reporting, and change management to ensure policies are embedded in Epic workflows and aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or health-care technology assessment experience required.
• Clinician is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Standardize workflows and align with safety, regulatory, and operational needs.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, privacy, legal, and IT partners to align policy and technology execution.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions; drive change management.
