Accompany Health invites a visionary clinical leader to guide Market Operations, oversee Market Medical Directors, and drive strategic care model innovations. You will participate in direct patient care up to ~10%, contribute to on‑call coverage, and travel to emerging markets to ensure successful payor partnerships and market

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with active license and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Board certification in a primary care discipline (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics)
• 8+ years of clinical practice with 5+ years in senior clinical leadership roles in VBC
• Proven track record of managing TCOC, HEDIS/STARs, risk-adjustment, and patient satisfaction KPIs
• Demonstrated expertise in dyad operational models, market launches, and clinician coaching/remediation
• Willingness to participate in direct patient care (~10%), rotating on-call, and market travel

Responsibilities

• Design and execute operational systems with Head of Market Operations to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Drive market KPIs, accurate clinical documentation, and cost reduction targets
• Directly manage Market Medical Directors and Clinical Directors/Managers to lead market physicians and APCs
• Lead clinical innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled care models and programming
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and Accompany Health policies and culture
• Oversee timely market implementations and clinician hiring tailored to each market/contract
• Represent Accompany Health to advance payor and provider partnerships for growth
• Participate in direct patient care up to 10% and rotating on-call coverage
• Travel to existing markets and support market launches as needed
