Job summary

Centri is seeking a Powered by Centri Manager to oversee the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting engagement work plans. This leadership role requires project management, client service, and the ability to coach team members toward technical and professional competency.

You will guide staff on revenue recognition, balance sheet reporting, and cash management, while leading the engagement economics and ensuring timely completion of deliverables in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Close to obtaining the CPA certification.
• 6+ years of relative accounting experience; at least 1 in public accounting or professional services highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand accounting concepts to guide staff on revenue recognition and balance sheet reporting.
• Explain the audit workbook process and changes to foster staff/senior growth.
• Guide clients on cash management reporting and review.
• Lead all PBC concepts and perform in-depth variance analysis.
• Onboard new clients to the PBC platforms and act as transition lead.
• Lead audit/tax prep processes with external CPA involvement.
• Develop budget/forecast related activities and build templates.
• Model cash flows with clients and ensure numbers tie.
