MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc. in San Diego is seeking an Account Services leader to develop and manage the PBM client services vision, goals and budgets.

You will oversee a team of account managers to ensure on-time delivery, client satisfaction and profitable growth. This role requires 7+ years in PBM or managed care, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Medicare/Medicaid and contract negotiations.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of experience; 3+ years of SME in respective area; and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in self-insured benefits arena; PBM or managed care exposure preferred; Medicaid/Medicare experience desired.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and related business applications; ability to develop budgets and measure performance.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the overall PBM client services strategy, goals, and budgets.
• Lead a group of Account Managers to deliver service, performance, growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales and Account Executives on proposals, renewals and client opportunities.
• Mentor associates and ensure compliance with policies, processes and quality standards.
