Job summary

Beta Search in Chicago seeks a Manager of Client Performance and Reporting to oversee reporting and attribution across credit, index, and LDI strategies. You will lead a team, drive modernization, and partner with Technology to scale operations.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensure governance, and own relationships with global counterparts to improve consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering; CFA preferred for advanced degrees.
• Strong focus on efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members; foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to strategic direction and growth of Client Reporting and Performance with modernization and scalability.
• Manage change initiatives and project work in partnership with Technology and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with LGIM London counterparts; ensure cross-regional alignment and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Investment, Client, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Compliance to enhance reporting quality and reliability.
