Job summary

Hilco Global in Northbrook, IL seeks a Manager of Portfolio Analytics & Reporting to lead portfolio-level performance analytics and the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external institutional investors.

You will work with senior leaders to shape how performance is measured, develop financial models, and oversee data from tools like Allvue, Oxane, Lakehouse, and Power BI, while collaborating across teams on strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis experience in asset management, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling capability and familiarity with NPVs, IRR, ROI.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with portfolio management and reporting systems.
• Experience with BI/data automation tools like SQL, Power BI; CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor program-level financial tracking logs with data integrity.
• Update fund-level models, analyze cash flows and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership and investors.
• Respond to investor DDQs and develop portfolio performance materials.
• Lead special projects and cross-functional reporting enhancements.
