Job summary

JLL seeks a Global Performance Manager to oversee the BI and Analytics function, client reporting, and account technology. You’ll drive analytics capability across the account and influence service delivery, reporting to the account leadership team.

The role requires deep data expertise, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include strategy, governance, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in analytics, BI, or account performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying issues and formulating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into an information management and BI strategy for each service line.
• Develop data management and interpretation skills, including predictive modelling for performance improvement.
• Understand contract KPIs and client reporting requirements.
• Promote best practices to JLL and link to industry BI trends.
• Lead technology-related projects and client relationships within the account.
