Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Strong mindset focused on improving efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience; 2+ years in a management role.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and investment management.
• Proven experience with performance calculations across asset classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of client reporting and performance measurement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for operational excellence.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of Client Reporting and Performance.
• Manage and deliver change initiatives and project work.
• Own the relationship with L&G's London counterparts.
• Partner closely with Investment teams to enhance reporting quality.
