Job summary

L&G Asset Management is seeking a Manager of Client Performance and Reporting to oversee delivery of reporting and attribution across LGIMA’s credit, index, and LDI strategies. You will lead a team, drive automation, and coordinate with LGIM London to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, scalability, and collaboration with Investment, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to enhance reporting quality and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, CS, Statistics, or Engineering).
• Advanced degree in a financial field and/or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution across the firm.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategic direction and long-term growth of Client Reporting and Performance; drive modernization and scalability.
• Lead change initiatives and projects with Technology and stakeholders; ensure governance of platforms.
• Own relationships with LGIM London counterparts for cross-regional delivery.
