Job summary

The L&G Asset Management LGIMA team seeks a Manager of Client Performance and Reporting to oversee client reporting and attribution across LGIMA’s credit, index, and LDI strategies. You will lead a team, drive automation, and evolve reporting capabilities to be scalable and reliable for internal and external clients.

You’ll partner with Investment, Client, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Compliance, maintain cross‑regional governance with LG London, and manage third‑party platforms while

Qualifications

• Degree in finance/economics/CS/statistics/engineering; CFA preferred.
• Strong focus on efficiency through standardization and automation.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and attention to detail.
• 8+ years in the industry, with 2+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team; promote accountability and excellence.
• Drive modernization, automation, and scalability of reporting.
• Manage relationships with LGIM London and third‑party platforms.
• Collaborate with investment, client, marketing, operations, technology, and compliance.
