Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Performance Manager to lead BI and analytics, client reporting, and account technology initiatives. You will shape data strategy, develop predictive insights, and drive performance improvements across service lines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage KPI programs, and present updates to senior client stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, advanced MS Office and BI skills, and experience with Corrigo and global accounts.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree.
• 5 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying issues and solutions.
• Process management experience or demonstrated skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Client relationship management with senior executive credibility.
• Team-building across dispersed, global stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to regional/cultural differences.
• Experience extrapolating and visualizing data for actionable intelligence.
• Experience with Microsoft BI stack: SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView.
• Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Corrigo experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into BI and analytics strategy.
• Develop data management and predictive modelling for performance.
• Understand KPI reporting requirements and client expectations.
• Promote best practices and link to industry BI trends.
• Devise and promote data visualization.
• Lead account and client relationships with JLLT.
• Manage information security compliance for technology implementations.
• Act as Program Manager for tech initiatives.
• Identify savings and improvements; report progress to clients.
• Lead performance reviews with client executives.
• Promote value of work to clients.
• Strategic planning at service line and account levels.
• Oversee KPI programs regionally and globally.
