Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Manager II to lead advanced analytics and client-facing engagements with a focus on the Refrigerated Beverage Space. You will leverage POS and Panel data to drive actionable insights and holistic recommendations for a client team, including insights, analytics, and sales colleagues.

The role requires leadership, collaboration, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and manage multiple work streams for key clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.
• Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated POS and Panel data.
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
• Experience with syndicated data.
• Strong project management and process skills.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytic Skills: analyze data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients.
• Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs.
• Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address gaps and create value.
• Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest analytic solution approaches using Circana tools.
