Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Change Management & Customer Experience Transformation with a focus on AI-enabled operating models. You will guide client programs, design adoption strategies, and coach teams across enterprise-scale initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 7–12 years in change management or transformation, strong facilitation skills, and experience delivering executive-level communications and training. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in change management, organizational transformation, or related consulting.
• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives tied to technology or AI.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable change plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale change programs for AI-enabled operating models and customer experience transformations.
• Partner with product teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Design change strategies, governance, and adoption metrics.
• Develop communications, training, and reinforcement programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
