Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to join our Strategic Finance & FP&A practice within CFO Services. You will lead transaction execution, integration, and separation initiatives for private equity and corporate clients, driving operating model changes and value creation opportunities.

You will oversee multi-workstream engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-ready materials that communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including a combination of public accounting/advisory and industry FP&A or finance leadership.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients during the transaction lifecycle from pre‑close diligence through post‑close execution.
• Guide clients through transaction-related operational considerations on acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop transaction strategy recommendations and executable work plans for integrations, separations, and carve-outs.
• Lead or support Day 1 and Day 100 readiness planning and governance for SMO/IMO programs.
• Translate diligence findings into practical recommendations for executive leadership and sponsors.
