Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior FP&A/Finance leadership professional to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range profitability analysis for PE‑backed clients. You will guide KPI design, dashboards, and management reporting, collaborating across Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Record‑to‑Report processes.

You will also lead or support buy‑side/sell‑side due diligence, post‑close integration, and finance transformation initiatives, working with cross‑functional teams and senior

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A or finance leadership.
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses and sponsor priorities.
• Exposure to buy-side/sell-side due diligence and post‑acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A engagements including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting for CFOs and PE sponsors.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives across OTC, P2P, RTR, and FP&A processes.
• Support post‑acquisition integration planning and execution.
