Job summary

Stout is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will develop driver-based models, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards, translating financial results into actionable insights for CFOs and sponsors.

You will also drive finance process improvements across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, while providing interim leadership and mentoring junior staff in a dynamic professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A or finance leadership.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.
• Experience with private equity-backed environments and post‑transaction integration.
• Familiarity with core finance processes (OTC, P2P, RTR) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A engagements including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Build driver-based models, cash flow forecasts, ROI analyses, and scenario planning.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting packages for CFOs, boards, and sponsors.
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and data-driven decision support.
• Drive finance transformation across OTC, P2P, RTR, and FP&A processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support integration efforts post‑transaction.
