Job summary

Stout is seeking a senior professional to lead strategic finance & FP&A engagements within CFO Services, focusing on carve‑outs, integration, and separation initiatives for PE-backed and corporate clients. You’ll oversee multi‑workstream engagements and coordinate with deal teams across advisory and finance functions.

The role emphasizes operational diligence, transformation, and the development of executable, executive‑level plans to realize synergies and ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including advisory and industry FP&A.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from pre‑close diligence through post‑close execution.
• Guide clients through transaction-related operational considerations on acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop transaction strategy recommendations and executable plans for integrations, separations, and divestitures.
• Lead or support Day 1 readiness and end‑state operating models; coordinate cross‑functional dependencies.
• Develop executive-ready client deliverables and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Lead or support integration roadmaps, synergy opportunities, and standalone cost analyses.
