Job summary

Stout is seeking a senior finance professional to lead complex separation, integration, and transaction execution engagements within its CFO Services group. The role focuses on guiding buy/sell initiatives, defining standalone operating models, and developing actionable strategies across multi‑functional teams.

You will work with Diligence, deal advisors, and clients to create value, manage programs, and translate diligence findings into executable plans while advancing Stout's finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in public accounting/advisory and industry FP&A.
• 3+ years in finance process transformation and post‑transaction integration.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.
• Experience with private equity transactions, M&A, divestitures or carve‑outs.
• Strong project management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead separation, integration, and transaction execution engagements.
• Develop integration roadmaps and Day 1 readiness plans.
• Support transactional diligence with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate IMOs/SMOs and governance across programs.
• Deliver executive presentations and client deliverables.
