Job summary

Stout seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to lead complex separation, carve-out, and integration engagements within its CFO Services practice. You will guide transaction execution, oversee due diligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams across deal timelines.

You will develop executive-ready materials, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients to deliver practical, value-driven insights throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex separation, carve-out, or integration engagements.
• Strong background in transaction execution and due diligence for private equity and corporate deals.
• Ability to translate diligence findings into actionable work plans and client-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution engagements for buy-side and sell-side deals.
• Oversee separations, carve-outs, and integration workstreams from diligence through post-close.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for clients.
