Job summary

Stout, a leading advisory firm, seeks a Senior FP&A professional to lead strategic FP&A engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will design budgeting and forecasting processes, build driver-based models, and deliver actionable insights for CFOs and sponsors.

You will collaborate with finance transformation teams, advise on ERP and reporting optimization, and help drive business development through client relationships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Professional Services experience with in-house FP&A or finance leadership.
• Deep FP&A expertise including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses, sponsor priorities, and post-close integration.
• Exposure to M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A engagements covering budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting for CFOs and PE sponsors.
• Advise on core finance processes: OTC, PTP, RTR, and FP&A.
• Support buy-side/sell-side due diligence and post-close integration planning.
